小さい時から母親に料理を教えてもらいながら、幼少期を過ごしました
料理のおかげか子どもも一緒に生活したいと言ってくれまして、もう１０年を経過しようとしています
みんなアルバイトやらでみんなで旅行とかそんな年齢は終わってしまい…「よし！勉強以外のことで人生が豊かになることをやろう！」と、一念発起してパソコンを買い、タイトルを楽しもうと燻製器とスパイスミルを購入して、いろいろ自分なりに研究していこうと思った次第です
世界は広いので、一流の方に比べたら、相当の若輩者（若くないですけど）ですが…料理を始めた人や料理の達人の人もみんなで楽しめたら幸せです
